Maghera Credit Union
The Credit Union can trace its roots back to 1999 when a group of likeminded volunteers decided to assist the community by providing low-cost loans and savings accounts to Maghera and surrounded area. With the local Orange Lodge Maghera LOL 209 providing Maghera Orange Hall as the venue, Maghera Credit Union has grown from strength to strength and still maintains its roots in Maghera Orange Hall to the present day operating solely on a Voluntary Basis. Maghera Credit Union operates on a nonprofit basis, any profit generated is returned to the members as a dividend.
